What this site is

World Cup 2026 Pool Manager is an independent, fan-built web app for running prediction pools around the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Friends and coworkers create a pool, draft national teams, submit match picks, and follow a live leaderboard as the tournament plays out.

The site is not a sportsbook. No money changes hands on the platform, no wagers are placed, and no real-money prizes are offered. It is a prediction game, similar to an office bracket.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, U.S. Soccer, Concacaf, or any national football federation. All team names, country flags, badges, and tournament marks remain the property of their respective owners; they appear here for editorial, identification, and commentary purposes only.

Who runs it

The site is operated by a small independent team building it as a side project. We’re reachable directly at the addresses below and respond to every legitimate inquiry, including takedown requests, security reports, and questions from anti-abuse or browser-safety reviewers.

How the site is built

The front end is a Next.js application written in TypeScript. The API tier is a Python FastAPI service backed by Azure SQL. Sign-in uses standard OAuth providers; we never see or store passwords for those providers. Analytics is limited to Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and Google AdSense for display ads (see our Privacy Policy for details).

We do not bundle obfuscated or minified third-party scripts beyond the analytics and ad libraries listed in our Privacy Policy. The site does not download executables, prompt installs, or ask for credentials outside the documented OAuth flow.
